Organization Culture Workshop
This Workshop is focused on the attributes of a carefully designed organization culture.
Culture Profile
You will begin by completing a culture profile to determine how constructive or counter-productive your organization’s culture is.
Identify
You will identify the different attributes that affect employee engagement, new employee attraction, retention, and performance.
Assess
you will be able to assess areas of opportunity.
Design
You will learn how to design, re-design, calibrate, re-calibrate, and determine ways that continuously improve your organization’s culture and its resulting influences.
Styles
See how styles of compassion can be engaged to improve desired strategies and drive the change you need through the lens of culture.
When two organizations transition into a single culture the incongruities and differences between the two can be problematic. Similarly, the differences between two subgroups within an organization can adversely impact the performance of the organization as a whole. To facilitate alignment between the entities, you will learn how to identify shared values and behaviors and guide the respective leaders/supervisors by using carefully designed instrumentation and processes of compassion to a shared ideal
